Privacy Notice
Effective date: 18 May 2026
Who this applies to
This notice applies to authorized users who use Cronos, the personal project management tool operated by Cilaman on private infrastructure.
What data Cronos stores
Cronos stores the following data on private servers:
- Task data — titles, descriptions, status, and comments you create on the board.
- Agent execution records — logs of tool calls, file changes, and outputs produced by AI agents when executing tasks.
- Session information — authentication state used to maintain your login session.
- Activity logs — timestamped records of who created, updated, or completed tasks, for audit and operational purposes.
What Cronos does not store
- Cronos does not store your source code beyond what an agent writes during a task run.
- Cronos does not track your behavior for advertising or analytics purposes.
- Cronos does not use cookies for tracking; session cookies are used solely to maintain your authenticated session.
Third-party services
Cronos uses the Anthropic Claude API to power AI agent execution. Task descriptions and relevant code context are sent to Anthropic's API when an agent is dispatched. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how that data is handled on their side. No other third-party services receive your data.
Data retention
Task and execution data are retained as long as operationally useful. Cilaman administrators may delete records at any time. Application logs are rotated automatically.
Data sharing
Cilaman does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required by applicable law or with Anthropic as described above.
Contact
For questions about this privacy notice or data stored about you, contact your Cilaman team administrator.
