Terms of Service

1. Scope and eligibility

Cronos is an internal tool operated by ULTC exclusively for use by its authorized employees and contractors. Use of this service is conditioned on being an authorized ULTC team member. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Permitted use

You may use Cronos only for legitimate ULTC business purposes: managing engineering tasks, reviewing work items, and interacting with AI agents in the course of your work. You may not use the service to process confidential data outside the scope of your role, or to circumvent ULTC's security policies.

3. No warranties

Cronos is provided "as is" for internal operational use. ULTC makes no warranties, express or implied, about the service's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Usage logging

All actions taken within Cronos — including task creation, agent dispatches, and tool executions — are logged for operational, debugging, and audit purposes. These logs are retained on ULTC's private infrastructure and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

5. AI-generated output

Cronos uses the Anthropic Claude API to power its AI agent features. AI-generated code, text, or other output should be reviewed by a qualified team member before being used in production systems. ULTC is not liable for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.

6. Changes to these terms

ULTC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Cronos constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
